Suginami Association for Cultural Exchange （SACE） aims to create a safe and vibrant multicultural society by promoting close relationship with local communities, friendship cities, and people.

SACE offers support services for foreign residents, promote exchanges with friendship cities in Japan and abroad, and promote mutual understanding in a multicultural society by hosting variety of events. Please check SACE's website and Facebook page for more details.
